With the variety of residents who have held different positions in different industry the Wednesday club provides a platform for them to sahr teh experiences with fellow residents. We also get occasional visits from resource persons from varions fields to enrich us with open discussions.
By incorporating Cognitive Stimulation Therapy (CST) in our brain gym activities, we are constantly training various brain regions necessary for everyday functioning including verbal, visual, auditory, and spatial systems, attention, and processing speed to avoid/and slower age related impairments.
Line Dance Club aims at promoting cognitive stimulation through rhythmic movement, and Health Club was formed to encourage both physical fitness and mental well-being through interesting activities.
Awareness sessions on health, banking, cyber safety etc are held occasionally for the awareness of seniors.
Our residents enjoy the benefits of yoga and a variety of exercises to uphold their well-being and happiness.
