FAQ

Yes, residents are welcome to personalize their apartments as long as they do not alter the overall civil structure of the building. Any customizations can be made at their own expense if desired.
For the safety and well-being of all residents, pets are not permitted in the facility.
We have round the clock security, night duty staff, the premises are under camera surveillance, emergency alarms in the washroom and in the bedroom. All the apartments are Geriatric Friendly.
We have qualified nursing staff available 24/7 to provide immediate attention in case of any medical emergencies. Additionally, our facility is equipped with an ambulance, allowing us to quickly transfer residents to the nearest multispecialty hospital, if needed.
We have a small kitchenette in all apartments. For residents, we provide a mini fridge, an induction cooktop, and a microwave oven in each apartment.

Yes. Balanced and nutritious meals are served according to our fixed dining schedule. Special dietary needs can be discussed prior to arrival. Guests can also order food from our special Menu.
